Ray made my first time home buying experience amazing. He didn’t have a lot to go on; my only must haves were a “green view” and I wanted to stay in my current neighbourhood. What this really meant was that we were looking on a single street. Ray was patient and took me to see countless condo’s. I never felt any pressure to settle or to make an offer. Most comforting to me was that he was up-front with me and honest when sellers weren’t playing a fair game; he knew when it was best to walk away (something I don’t have the experience to do). Buying and selling two properties in two years. Moving our home from downtown Toronto to Richmond Hill was a big change for our growing family along with the decision to sell our rental property. Ray’s knowledge of urban and suburban areas really helped us decide where was the best place to live and match our lifestyle. The real estate market can be confusing and frustrating at times, but having someone like Ray on your side to walk you through gives you peace of mind that you have a top grade professional working for you.  

Ray went above and beyond our expectations. At the time we met we were just about to move out of the country and had to put our loft on the market. The entire process was seamless and Ray completely accommodated our schedules, which were fairly hectic at the time! He took care of all the final details once we had already left the country and was able to work around the time differences. Ray was instrumental in selling our condo. We wanted to sell it quickly and at a good price. He did all the research to find out what we should be listing at.
