Ray was everything and more throughout the whole process! I needed to find a apartment super last minute and Ray somehow managed to work a miracle and find me a beautiful condo right downtown in my price range within a couple of days. Ray made my first time home buying experience amazing. He didn’t have a lot to go on; my only must haves were a “green view” and I wanted to stay in my current neighbourhood. Buying and selling two properties in two years. Moving our home from downtown Toronto to Richmond Hill was a big change for our growing family along with the decision to sell our rental property. Ray’s knowledge of urban and suburban areas really helped us decide where was the best place to live and match our lifestyle. Ray not only did a great job finding our first house, he also did a wonderful job selling our condo.
