First it was a condo, then it was a house, then it was a townhouse. Ray showed us plenty of different types of homes, and not once did Ray push us to buy something we were not 100% sure about. He was very patient throughout , understood that we were first time homebuyers, he didn't show us anything that was out of our price range and he showed us what he thought might suit our needs. Ray went above and beyond our expectations. At the time we met we were just about to move out of the country and had to put our loft on the market. Ray not only did a great job finding our first house, he also did a wonderful job selling our condo. My Fiancee and I weren't looking for a house for a very long time, but within a couple weeks Ray had us looking at a few houses we really liked. He was always on top of what was out there and knew exactly what we were looking for. In the end, we had a couple of options on houses to place a bid on, and with his advice, we chose the right house to go for and got it! There were a couple of bumps in the road because of the seller, but Ray stayed professional, kept us informed the entire time and got the deal done. On the sale of our condo Ray worked very fast and did everything right to get our condo on the market. Since we had already purchased our house, we were feeling the pressure of needing to sell our condo in time. Ray took care of everything, kept us calm, and was always available to us with whatever information we needed. Our condo sold for asking price after only one day of being on the market!! Now those are results!!

A close friend of ours had recommended Ray as a Realtor. At the time we were not sure whether we wanted to rent or sell our condo and if we were going to purchase a new home, I was also 7 months pregnant and living in a one bedroom condo - I was quite anxious to say the least.
