Ray made my first time home buying experience amazing. He didn’t have a lot to go on; my only must haves were a “green view” and I wanted to stay in my current neighbourhood. What this really meant was that we were looking on a single street. Ray was patient and took me to see countless condo’s. I never felt any pressure to settle or to make an offer. Most comforting to me was that he was up-front with me and honest when sellers weren’t playing a fair game; he knew when it was best to walk away (something I don’t have the experience to do). Ray not only did a great job finding our first house, he also did a wonderful job selling our condo. My Fiancee and I weren't looking for a house for a very long time, but within a couple weeks Ray had us looking at a few houses we really liked. He was always on top of what was out there and knew exactly what we were looking for. Ray was a great help when it came to helping us find our first home. We were not the easiest buyers to work with because we were very indecisive of what we wanted.
